Indo-Chinese food grew into one of India's most loved cuisines; travelling across the country, shaped by different cities, cultures and communities along the way. From the roadside carts of Delhi to the restaurants of Mumbai, it has never stood still.
At Tangra, we draw from Indian, Chinese, Nepalese and wider Asian flavours. Serving familiar dishes like Manchurian Kofta, Gobi 65 and Szechuan Paneer alongside dishes you won't find anywhere else - Burrata watermelon chaat, Bombay chilli cheese paratha, Black truffle xiao bao in jhol broth, and Gulab Jamun Tiramisu layered with cardamom and chai.
