Over the decades, Indo-Chinese food has evolved into one of India’s biggest culinary exports - found in every corner of the country, from roadside stalls to luxury hotels. But at its heart, it’s still about the same thing: flavour that hits fast, hard, and unforgettable.

At TANGRA, our take of Indo-Chineseis Asian vegetarian - meaning no meat, no eggs, but plenty of boldflavour. Dairy features across the menu, and vegan options are available throughout.

We describe ourselves as Spicepunks- blending traditions, breaking rules, and creating bold new flavour statements. Our menu is a high-energy journey through Indo-Chinese cooking, rooted in Indian street food culture and shaped by global influences.

Our dishes are punchy, playful, and full of heat. We balance comfort and chaos - crunchy and saucy, fiery and fresh, layered with house-made masalas, smoky sauces, and awhole lot of attitude.
